❧ If for any reason, you are dissatisfied with a product, return it before 30 days and I will issue a refund.  The refund will be returned to you upon receipt of the product to me. Cost of delivery back to me, is absorbed by you, the buyer.

❧ My products are all handcrafted with high quality material, I use extra care to ensure a durable product. I use high grade beads while crafting a jewelry piece. Example: Glass, ceramic etc. I do use plastic or acrylic in children's jewelry. I will state on the description of that product.

❧ My jewelry is crafted in my smoke free and clean home.

❧ If I am selling multiple items of a product, there may be a slight chance of difference. Being handmade this is inevitable. It is slight and only slight.

     PLEASE NOTE:

❧ Children's jewelry is NOT intended for children under 4 years of age. 

❧ Not any of my jewelry products are intended for animals.

     SHIPPING:

❧ I ship within 1-3 business days. If I cannot meet this shipping time, I will contact you immediately. I ship only in the United States.

     PACKAGING:

❧ All my jewelry comes with a pretty mesh gift bag, so your item is ready to be gifted. If you request me to send the product to your recipient, I will send the gift to an address that you message to me, along with a message that you would like to be included with the gift.

Depending on the occasion, I will include some sort of decoration in the package. Etc.. Tiny foil hearts, Christmas ribbon, birthday stickers....
